We recently made a much needed escape from the city to Conroe for New Years Eve. We found just the remedy for our overworked schedules…La Toretta del Lago.
Their golf course villas allow pets so along for the getaway was Scooter the city slicker. His form of entertainment was stalking the squirrels and deer on the golf course though never even coming close to catching them!
The evening was itinerary was line out with a great dinner, live band, dancing, new years eve favors, champagne toast, ballon drop AND casino!

The hospitality extended into the new year as well with a FULL spread for breakfast the next morning!
